Samana / Las Terrenas:

Samana is the peninsula on the Northern coast of the Dominican Republic. The peninsula's best know area is called "Las Terenas." Unspoiled white-sandy beaches, coconut-covered mountains, clear mountain streams winding through lush, tropical rain forests, vibrant coral reefs, internationally known whale-watching and many other attractions make Samana a perfect place for the naturalist to have a second home.

Santo Domingo is the capital city of the Dominican Republic. Santiago is the 2nd largest city in the Dominican Republic, and the former capital. It is an inland city with beautiful mountain ranges and green areas. Santiago is beautiful, full of culture, and is a very vibrant city.
