We found out about Sergio via his website on the internet. Immediately, we felt at ease with him. We did not feel like he was pushing anything on us, nor did he favor a higher priced development over a lower priced one. He made us feel that any investment we made for real estate in the DR was worth his time in helping us. My husband and I had been looking for a warm place to get out of the New England winters. After visiting several times, and loving the D.R. we decided to pursue real estate opportunities there. While researching on the internet, we came across Sergio's website. From the first inquiry, Sergio was incredibly responsive and informative. He asked questions of us that really helped us define how we would utilize our property, and to narrow down exactly what we were looking for, even though we weren't quite sure we knew ourselves. He had a 2-day itinerary planned before we even flew down there, and kept open a line of communication by clarifying, updating, and confirming the whole time prior to our arrival. We were impressed already, and hadn't even met him yet!

Once there, we were treated like royalty. A wonderful driver brought us from Punta Cana to Casa de Campo, and back again. He was friendly and informative, as well. Then, we finally got to meet Sergio, who literally spent the whole day with us. We saw several properties, spent time in the Marina, got to golf at Teeth-of-the-Dog, and even had lunch and dinner with him. He also gave us time alone to talk things over, and was low key and low pressure the whole time. In summary, we had fun, learned a lot, and had made a great new friend!

Two days later, Sergio arranged a tour of the new residential resort complex, Cap Cana. After listening carefully to us, he felt that this would be more along the lines of what we were looking for. He was right! We signed papers on site, and came home to ponder what we had done. Sergio has continued to keep in touch, and has been invaluable in helping us navigate the process of purchasing in a foreign country. He continues to inform, advocate for, and share construction updates with us. We feel blessed to have found such a wonderful, helpful, knowledgeable person to be in our lives, and look forward to many years of friendship as we spend more time in the D.R.
